Pay it Forward Fund
To ensure our services are available to as many people as possible and to support the company ethos of Justice and Support for All, we have set up a Pay it Forward Fund. This fund will be used to provide discounted or Pro Bono services to those that are in financial need.
Every penny donated to this fund is used to support families of children with SEND through the EHCP process, the DLA process or any other support they may need.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet the needs of vulnerable families and continue our aim of providing Justice and Support for All.
REFERRAL SCHEME
In order to make our services more accessible to everyone and to promote our company ethos of Justice and Support for All we have established a referral scheme. This means that certain organisations, charities and services can refer clients to us and the end client will receive a discount on our services.
A number of organisations and charities have already signed up to the scheme. It is free to the organisation and they will not be held responsible for any payments incurred.
This means that any client referred to us via this scheme will be entitled to a 10% discount on all our services which includes but not limited to: Writing Applications, Reviewing Applications, Reviewing Drafts, Refuse to Assess, Refuse to Issue, Section Appeal (B, F, I), Disability Discrimination. To receive the discount, the End Client must take up the offer within 3 months of the referral form being received.
In order for clients/service users/families to benefit from this scheme we would require the referrer to complete a referral form. This purely gives us the required information to support the client and in no way obligates the client or the organisations to use our services.
The referral scheme purely ensures those most in need are getting access to more affordable services of support.
